Hollywood, Florida, 4-15-15 — Hollywood Woodwork is pleased to announce the award of the architectural millwork for the Common Areas at the Brickell City Centre Rise and Reach luxury condominium towers. These are in addition to the EAST Hotel that is currently underway. All three projects were awarded by Americaribe/Moriarty Joint Venture and are slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2015.
Brickell City Centre, a Swire Properties project, is a $1.05 billion mixed-use development located in the center of the Brickell financial district, encompassing 9.1 acres along South Miami Avenue. Swire Properties specializes in transforming neighborhoods and city centers into vibrant places where people live, work, and play.
The EAST Hotel is Swire Hotels’ first property in the United states and the third hotel under the EAST brand. The Rise and Reach towers are the only condominiums in the first phase of the Brickell City Centre project. Both will be 43 stories tall. Amenity areas will include a half acre amenity deck with heated pools, poolside café, spa, yoga room, gym, theater, business center and library.
