The latest addition to Cresent Properties in urban Dallas, the Ritz-Carton Hotel and Residences, is a stylish and contemporary setting where glamour, graciousness and the Texas spirit meet. The Hotel features over 14,000 square feet of elegant Meeting Space and the largest Luxury Ballroom in the Uptown/Downtown District. It also hosts a signature Restaurant, Specialty Lounges, Retail Shop, a lavish 12,000 square foot Spa and 218 spacious Guest rooms and Luxury Suites.

The project scope includes the Lobby with massive mahogany round columns, reception desks with custom gold leaf details and coffered ceilings. The expansive Ballroom has painted paneling and intricate moulding profiles by Frank Nicholson. The 19 floors of Corridors and the Entrance Portals in the Hotel and Residences has quartered anigre paneling, sequenced, bookmatched and centered balanced. The Elevator Lobbies highlight the anigre with feature walls which are diamond-matched.
